1. What we collect
When you create an account or request access, we collect your email address, name (optional), and authentication data. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile email and display name. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and reports accessed, and standard server logs including IP addresses and browser information.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to provide the Beurling service, send you daily intelligence reports and digest emails you have subscribed to, send transactional emails (account confirmation, access approval), and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising.
3. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Google OAuth — for authentication (Google Privacy Policy applies)
- Resend — for transactional email delivery
- Hetzner / cloud infrastructure — for hosting and database storage
4. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also unsubscribe from all email communications via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly. To exercise any of these rights, email us at c@beurling.io.
6. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and a CSRF token cookie for security. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
